Go – How to get value with the magnitude of x and the sign of y in go

Here, We will learn how to get value with the magnitude of x and the sign of y in go. We can get it by using Copysign() function in math package in go golang.

Function prototype:

func Copysign(x, y float64) float64

Return value:

Copysign() function in math package returns
a value with the magnitude of x and the sign of y.

Example with code:

  no := math.Copysign(2.2, -1)
  fmt.Printf("%.2f\n", no)

  no = math.Copysign(1.2, -2)
