Go – How to get the decimal logarithm of number in go

Here, We will learn how to get the decimal logarithm of number in go. We can get it by using Log10() function in math package in go golang.

Function prototype:

func Log10(x float64) float64

Return value:

Log10() function in math package returns
the decimal logarithm of number.

Example with code:

  "fmt"
  "math"
)

func main() {

  no := math.Log10(1.2)
  fmt.Println(no)

  no = math.Log10(2.3)
  fmt.Println(no)

  no = math.Log10(0.0)
  fmt.Println(no)

  no = math.Log10(-2.9)

}

Output:

0.07918124604762482

NaN
